Senior UX Designer - design systems (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen North Insurance Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in underwriting files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
