Senior UX Designer - design systems (El Paso, TX)

Summit Granite Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
