Senior UX Designer - design systems (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Loom Medical Group is a Dallas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
