Senior UX Designer - design systems (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Rook Financial is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
