Senior UX Designer - design systems (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
