Senior UX Designer - design systems (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate North Learning Group is an education provider in Cleveland serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around school calendars that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
