Senior UX Designer - design systems (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Bright Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
