Senior UX Designer - design systems (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge North Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
