Senior UX Designer - design systems (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
