Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

Clearpath North Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our design systems. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
