Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Boise. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
