Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

Summit Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
