Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boise producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
