Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

Bright Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
