Senior UX Designer - design systems (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Banking Services Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
