Senior UX Designer - design systems (Austin, TX)

Lumen Foods serves customers across Austin with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
