Senior UX Designer - design systems (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be design systems. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
