Senior UX Designer - content design (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Hollow Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
