Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
