Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Vista Financial serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in account servicing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
