Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Harbor Health is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
