Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
