Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
