Senior UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Willow Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
