Senior UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Bright Fox Medical is a Toledo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
