Senior UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
