Senior UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Bright Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Toledo with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
