Senior UX Designer - content design (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
