Senior UX Designer - content design (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Cobalt Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
