Senior UX Designer - content design (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook North Insurance Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in underwriting files.
