Senior UX Designer - content design (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Union Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
