Senior UX Designer - content design (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak North Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests.
