Senior UX Designer - content design (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Savannah design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ridership counts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
