Senior UX Designer - content design (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
