Senior UX Designer - content design (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
