Senior UX Designer - content design (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
