Senior UX Designer - content design (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Wren Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Sacramento presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
