Senior UX Designer - content design (Rochester, NY)

Lumen Wilder Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests.
