Senior UX Designer - content design (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Banking Services Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
