Senior UX Designer - content design (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Granite Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
