Senior UX Designer - content design (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath North Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
