Senior UX Designer - content design (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Reno. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in school partnerships. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
