Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Vale Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 426 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
