Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Fernwood Ember Markets Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
