Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Health is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
