Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
