Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
