Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
