Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Early Learning and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
