Senior UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Health Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
